You upload plans and your rates. Plan Priced reads the plans, builds the scope and the takeoff, and produces an estimate by trade and a written quotation priced on the rates you provide. You review every line, can change any rate, and approve the quote before it is used.
Your first quote is free, for one job. There is no obligation to continue.
After the free quote, prices are as shown on the pricing page in Australian dollars excluding GST: per plan, payable when you approve the quote, or a monthly plan billed at the start of each month and cancellable at any time. We confirm the price for a job when you upload the plans, before you approve anything.
You keep ownership of the plans, rates and other material you upload. You confirm you are entitled to use them, and you give us permission to process them to provide the service. We keep them confidential and use them only for your job.
Estimates and quotes depend on the plans and rates you provide. Every quantity is traceable to its drawing and every line is shown to you for approval. You are responsible for checking and approving the quote before you rely on it or send it to a client. We do not guarantee that you will win a job or that a quote reflects the final cost of building it. If a quantity looks wrong, tell us which line and we correct it and re-issue the estimate and quote at no charge.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the affected job.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. Monthly plans cancel any time and you keep the quotes you have already received.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of Victoria.
