Miss one item and the margin is gone.

Most Australian builders run on under 3% net margin. On a $450,000 job that is $13,500. Leave one item off a late-night takeoff and it is gone.

What builders ask before they upload their plans.

What do I get back?

Three things: a takeoff with every quantity showing which drawing it came from, an estimate split by trade into materials, labour, plant and subcontract, priced on your rates, and a written quote with inclusions, exclusions and assumptions, ready to send to your client.

What do I upload?

Your drawings (architectural, structural, engineering), the spec, schedules and any tender conditions. PDF is fine. The more you upload, the better the estimate. If a drawing is missing we flag it.

How long does it take?

Minutes. Upload your plans and the measured, priced estimate is ready for you to check.

Is it automated? Who checks it?

The measuring and pricing is automated, and it is fast. You check it. Every line shows its drawing and its rate, you can change any rate, and you can bring in whoever needs to approve certain items before the quote goes out.

Whose rates does it use?

Yours. Load your rates once and every estimate is priced on them, including the free one. Change a rate on any line and it reprices.

What if a number is wrong?

Change it. Any line, any rate. If a quantity looks off, tell us which line and we fix it. No charge.

What jobs do you quote?

New homes, renovations and extensions, townhouses and units, and small commercial. Subbies pricing a package are welcome too.

What does the free quote include, and what does it cost after?
