Privacy policy

Last updated 2 September 2026. Plan Priced is operated by Dot Product Pty Ltd. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email address, and your answers to the short questions on this site.
• What you upload: plans, drawings, specifications, schedules, rate sheets and anything else you send us to price a job.
• How the site is used: first-party analytics such as pages viewed, buttons clicked and form steps completed. No third-party advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

• To set you up and produce your estimate and quote.
• To reply to you about your quote.
• To see which parts of the site work, so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the site and send email: hosting (Cloudflare), transactional email (Resend), and, where enabled, a business-contact enrichment service to check the details you gave us. They act on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is kept and for how long

Information may be stored on servers outside Australia by the providers above. We keep your details and uploads for as long as we need them to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or complain about how we have handled it, at hello@planpriced.com. We reply within one business day and resolve complaints within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

If this policy changes we update this page and the date above.
